We needed to tell the reader how we got from 'we're losing. Why are we losing?' to 'hey look, we won everything'.
Tan Gorn said we could publish his message to us which would have achieved this, but he wanted to make some changes to it first. He hasn't made those changes and I don't want to become that guy who keeps chasing him so I've gone ahead and written the below:
