For those that haven't followed - Halsey was the President of the Federation (Liberal Party) before the official Starship One was lost in a strange accident. Hudson (Republican) took over amid much dark mutterings. Halsey's now turned up again, following a CG to collect wreckage to try to find out what happened to Starship One... and this is what she comes out with.
