It transpires that the ALD bounty bonus that comes with a higher Powerplay rank also applies to combat bonds earned in Conflict Zones.
This can become quite whopping if Arissa is high in the overall rankings.
The Influence gain in Civil Wars is a function of the value of combat bonds cashed in by each player. If we boost the value of these bonds, we earn more Influence. If we earn more Influence, we win the war quicker. We will be able to shave 20-40% off the time it takes us to win a Civil War if we all rank up with Arissa in the day or two immediately prior to going into a Civil War.
Therefore, I propose that next time we trigger a Civil War we spend an evening getting each of us up to at least rank 2 with Arissa before the war kicks off.
