Hi guys
I thought this might work best as meeting minutes taken by a sixth party, so I reused the desk jockey Borias from a previous post. His minutes will be more descriptive than most, with contextual details added like stage prompts for the benefit of the reader. Hope you like.
This takes place after Sou has told Vex that the Octopus is the same woman he was involved with years ago.

Minutes: Agent Borias
Meeting commences at 15:12 after DV arrives late.
Octopus rises to address the room.
O: Gentlemen, thank you for coming. I've called you here to tell you that, early this morning, we received notice of an Empire-backed ceasefire following heavy losses sustained by the Pact. In short - victory. I'll take this opportunity to thank you for your sterling efforts. IPEC thanks you.
[pauses to smile at each in turn]
However, events and perhaps others have conspired against us and we haven't won the prize we aimed for - Szentmartony City. It's unclear at present who exactly intervened, but arbitrators in the Senate called a mandatory ceasefire last night, dictating the terms. It's been determined that, in accordance with Imperial convention, territory will change hands - but the Pact have been given the unusual right to decide which asset they surrender. For those of you unfamiliar with the finer points of Imperial military etiquette, this is anomalous to say the least. It seems that Magnus Trabe has influential friends.
