A couple more locations we can refer to...
The Partisan Cafe, Dashiell Orbital, CD-63 201
This is a shabby coffee shop in the downtown district of Dashiell. Souvarine's apartment is above it. He doesn't own it, but when at home spends a lot of time there. The walls are covered with a mixture of past front pages of the CD-63 201 Evening Express and coffee bean sacking stapled to the walls. It is something of a meeting place for unemployed communists, writers, artists etc, rather like the Enlightenment-era coffee shops in London.
The Octagon
This is a slightly tongue-in-cheek reference to the Pentagon in Washington DC, so feel free to shoot this down. But I thought that the Octopus' command centre could be called the Octagon. And TL suggested that her office be the Octagonal Office rather than the Oval Office!
