Just doing some idle thinking about ways we could get Heathen / Muninn to meet the others. Here are just some different ideas I had - please chuck out as appropriate...
1. Heathen is desperate to find Damascus, but the 9th Legion can't afford to invest resources into chasing him down with the escalating tensions with the Federation over their expansions in the Pleiades. RK speaks to Heathen quietly, and advises him to approach another private operation he works with - the Imperial Private Expeditionary Company. Heathen goes to the Sticks and asks for their help.
2. Souvarine finds out that RK didn't actually retire from the White Navy and go private - he was transferred to a secretive division called the 9th Legion. He goes to Malaikudi to investigate and meets Heathen there.
3. We have spoken about the mysterious Pandora being pointed to Heathen by the Octopus - this is an interesting idea. But who is Pandora and how does she know the Octopus? Why would the Octopus know where Heathen is?
