If we are going to effectively support the Emperor (Bask in her whatever) we should start reading the dispatches from the Kamadhenu Herald. They give a breakdown of what happened last cycle and a comprehensive list of goals for different play styles. You can find the latest dispatches here:

The issue ALD has at the moment is that she has one of the largest number of supporters and as such one of the least directed armies. There's a lot of her supporters (and we are guilty of this too) who just go and do whatever they want without looking at whether it helps the power or not. Often this results in weeks like this one where we dropped from 3rd in the galactic rankings to 6th. I want my bounty bonus guys!
I suggest that the Herald becomes a mandatory read every week so we know what's going on and what direction we should be taking.
