So Ronan has his Type 9 for doing trading community goals but flies it in fear of being interdicted by a player because it is so slow. I've been thinking about getting a cargo ship that's purely built to blockade run.

Only 212T of cargo but a boost speed of 430m/s and a cruise of 340m/s when it's fully loaded.

Only slight potential problem is measly shield strength...

Given you don't want to be shot at at all, might be worth ditching the shields altogether and replacing the boosters with heat sinks and deterrents, and try running silent?

Lack of shields would mean that your heat signature would be a lot lower.

Interdicted at the Teraforming CG by 4 tooled up Commanders. Submit - Chaff - Run. Didn't even have to high wake, cleared the radius of the cutter fast enough that I could low wake.
